Rectangular building under a hollow hipped roof with a dome tower with a clock and bell and crowned with a lion. On the city and river side, the gate was enlarged in 1770; date on keystone. The facades of the building above the underpass with natural stone bands, corner blocks and wall anchors. Under the eaves consoles and on the corners carved consoles. In the outer wall on the eastern side, stone with arrow indication and text: "Pyl der Dalemse overflow and according to the contract dated 16 August 1742".
